Boardwalk Investments is now set up to accept online payments for your rent, security deposit and other charges to your account, in addition to allowing you the ability to submit (and track) maintenance requests. All of our residential properties have access to this convenience. You still have the option to pay the “old fashioned” way of mailing or dropping off checks or cash to our office.

Before you can access your account, you’ll have to activate it.
If you are a current Boardwalk Investment tenant, you can request an account activation link by filling out the form below. Simply provide your current email address so we can send you an invitation email. Make sure to check your spam folder and/or junk mail filters to ensure you don’t accidentally miss it. The activation email will come from donotreply@appfolio.com, and you simply click on the link in the email to set up your account. You’ll be prompted to create a password, and that’s it! Now you can log in anytime, from anywhere, and make payments, schedule payments, view your payment history, make maintenance requests, track maintenance progress, and more!
