If you have a true after-hours maintenance emergency, please call (608) 259-1470.

Please use your tenant portal to request any non-emergency maintenance (or if you have an emergency during business hours).

To determine if your situation is an emergency, please review the list of emergency conditions below.

Emergency Conditions

No heat (Sept – May)
Water leaks/flooding
No electricity
Broken toilets (if it’s the only bathroom)
Broken/Inoperable unit entry door lock
Anything that may harm/injure a resident
Natural gas leaks (call MG&E IMMEDIATELY at 608-252-1111)
Fire or smoke of any kind (call 911 IMMEDIATELY)
