Maintenance Supervisor/Technician
Looking for a self-motivated, independent, and knowledgeable Maintenance Technician and/or Supervisor to work in an extremely fast-paced Commercial & Residential Property Management environment.
Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Must be open to periodic on-call responsibilities.
Experience in residential property management (particularly Campus area housing and new developments), staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, and establishing and maintaining vendor relationships preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
